Invitation for Comments and Inputs from All Stakeholders and Interested Parties on the 2007/2008 Daft IDP/Budget

The Council of Greater Sekhukhune District Municipality has approved the Draft IDP/Budget for 2007/2008 and outer years on the 29th March 2007. As required by the provisions of the Municipal Finance Management Act 56 of 2003 as well as the Municipal Systems Act32 of 2000 the District hereby invites all interested parties and stakeholders to participate in the IDP/Budget consultations which will be held in terms of the following schedule:

The draft IDP/Budget documents will lie open for comments for 21 consecutive days from the date of this publication. The documents will be available at the following local municipalities, namely Elias Motsoaledi, Greater Marble Hall, Greater Tubatse, Fetakgomo and Makhuduthamaga. The documents will also be available at the District Offices as well as on the Council website which is www.sekhukhune.gov.za .

Inputs/comments should be submitted at the same points of inspection including the offices of Greater Sekhukhune District Municipality at no. 11 Mark Street, No. 6 Voortrekker and 3 West Street during office hours from 07:30 to 16:30 on weekdays as well as via e-mail address: venterc@sekhukhune.co.za .
